Dark Chocolate Ice Cream! (with Kiwi?) (Paste) - Recipe!

Hey guys! I've bought some kiwis the other day before so i'm thinking i'd do something different -- kiwi with chocolate! I mean who doesn't love chocolate? But we're not gonna use those sugary chocolate, we'll be doing our own (dark) chocolate! And there's something which is REALLY awesome about this -- it's just 100 calories, and NO SUGAR ADDED! You can eat it alone, with your pancakes or with your bread! This recipe is really easy though, all you need is 7 (or 6) ingredients that you could easily be found around your kitchen and 20 minutes (or less!) of your time to make it!!

What you're gonna need:
1/2 of medium kiwifruit (you can exclude this if you want)
1 tablespoon natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of milk powder (or 2 teaspoon milk of your choice)
1 teaspoon butter of your choice
1 teaspoon all natural peanut butter (or almond butter - found this really helpful tip on saving money from !)
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
1 teaspoon no sugar added jelly (i used strawberry)

How do we do it?

Put butter, peanut butter and jelly into a bowl and heat it on HIGH for 20 seconds with a microwave (i find microwaves really helpful!)

Butter should melt along with the jelly, peanut butter should be really soft. Stir it up.

Slice up 1/2 kiwi as small as you could (or mash them)
throw in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon greek yogurt and the kiwis into the bowl, mix it up.

You should get the same texture as shown left - you wont be able to see the "greens" from the kiwis.
Microwave the bowl for 20 seconds
Everything should be "soft" and creamy like the one in the left, add a pinch of salt and stir it up.
Leave it in the fridge for 20 - 40 mins.
You should get a really sexy texture after freezing it. Freeze it for a little longer to get a harder ice-cream texture.
